大毒贩文华（陈豪）控制着香港超过一半的贩毒业务，为对付这位大毒贩，缉毒处安排了一个特务小组的特务叶浩天（萧正楠）潜伏在花身侧，结果花身遭心腹背叛，遭逮捕。
